Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival & Leisure
•    Arrival at Brunei International Airport, transfer to The Lanes Hotel, Tutong
•    Free at leisure to unwind and explore

Day 2 – Cultural Immersion

Option 1: Thursday
•    Visit Tutong Thursday Market to see local delicacies, fruits, medicinal plants, and traditional crafts
•    Wood Carving Activity at Pangkalan Waris – meet the owner and explore handmade works
•    Local lunch at Lamin Warisan
•    Lamin Warisan Museum – learn Tutong’s history, play traditional games (Congkak, Sugang, Bola Raga, Kasut Tempurung, Bowling Butan)
•    Ngumu Kueh Workshop – learn to make traditional kueh such as Jala, Kelupis, Wajid, Keria, Penyaram, Pulut Panggang
•    Photo stops at Billionth Barrel Monument and Nodding Donkeys in Seria
•    Dinner at own expense at Darlington’s Lanes Hotel

Option 2: Any other day
•    Lamin Warisan visit, traditional games, and kueh workshop (as above)
•    Local lunch served
•    Wood Carving activity at Pangkalan Waris
•    Photo stops at Billionth Barrel Monument and Nodding Donkeys
•    Dinner at own expense

Day 3 – Breakfast & Departure
•    Breakfast at the hotel or local restaurant (try Tutong’s Pulut Panggang)
•    Relax by the hotel pool
•    Check-out at 12 PM (late check-out available at surcharge) and transfer to Brunei International Airport

Important Notes

·       ALL tours are Sit-in-Coach basis. Tour participants need to adhere to the tour times as stated

·       Activities may change due to weather or community circumstances; replacement activities of equivalent value will be provided

·       Galleries and business premises may close 12 PM–2 PM on Fridays for prayers

·       Wear comfortable clothing and a hat; bring sunblock, water, camera, umbrella/raincoat, and personal medications

·       Mosques and some activities may require modest clothing and removal of footwear
